Unfired and unglazed project sample (we will insert the mirror after it is glazed!).
I need a small mirror for my foyer so I decide to make a special one out of clay. It is an idea I think many people would like so I decided to offer it as a class. We will take a purchased mirror that measures about 5” and create a clay frame around it. I made the project sample using one textured flower and repeated the design all the way around. You can make yours any way you want—using different flowers, leaves, hearts, butterflies, words, texture—you get the picture!
This class is for adults and anyone over age 8 who wants to make a framed mirror!
$59* for two classes for one person to make one framed mirror (*Mirror included in price.).
*PLEASE NOTE* THIS IS A 2-PART CLASS:
Part 1: Saturday, April 6, 3:00-5:00 pm. In this class we build the project in wet clay.
Part 2: Saturday, April 13, 3:00-5:00 pm. After the project has been bisque fired in the kiln, you return for a second class to glaze it.
Class includes all supplies and firings.
